"When nature takes shape"

In our farm we work the land strictly following the natural cycle and we pay attention to seasonality. We seek the highest quality with the greatest possible respect for the environment. We also work to make the most of territorial, environmental and natural resources. We protect not only the environment but above all the fertility of the vineyards and the nutritional value of the grapes. We do not use herbicides but instead we do tillage and burying of the grass which reoxygenates the soil and enriches it with organic substances, nitrogen and microelements.We do not use pesticides or synthetic fertilizers but only substances of vegetable, animal and mineral origin in order  to have less toxicity to the vine and less pollution of the soil and groundwater.
